Arizona's Premier Home
Inspection Service!
Residential Home Inspection Service - Overview
What does Arizona require to be a home inspector?
The requirements to become a certified Home Inspector in Arizona the
completion of an approved training program (80 hours of classroom training), submission of 30 parallel inspections
with a licensed home inspector and evidence of a $25,000 bond for financial liability. Arizona has
no requirement for continuing education.
What sets AccuPro apart from the rest?
Quite simply, our extensive experience, education and certifications in home inspection and
related fields go well beyond what most home inspectors have. As a member of the American Society of
Home Inspectors (ASHI) and with over 35 years of Arizona construction and property maintenance experience and
having completed thousands of property inspections, we have dealt with almost every scenario from the common to
the uncommon. Additionally, our experience includes new construction of both residential and commercial
properties, indoor air quality issues, pools and spas, sprinkler systems, manufactured homes and more. This base
of experience gives us a much better understanding of what is really going on when property defects are
discovered--what may be the underlying cause and what the impact may be--and allows us to provide realistic and
timely recommendations on how to proceed.
We will not
waste your time reporting on trivial issues or unnecessarily recommending an evaluation by others. We will provide
you with a knowledgeable response and definitive recommendations!

We know that making a decision to purchase a home is one of the most important and significant investments you
will make in your lifetime. That is why AccuPro Inspection Services performs an extensive 12-point inspection as prescribed by the State of Arizona, providing you with a comprehensive
full-narrative report (not a simple checklist) detailing all the specifics of the
home. We include digital photos of the main utility shutoffs, property conditions and defects not in normal view
(such as in the attic or on the roof) so that you fully understand what and where the issues we have identified
are located.
In addition, we know the process of buying a home means meeting many deadlines and that your time is important.
For this reason we also provide a brief summary report that lists just the critical findings. These are items that need to be
repaired, replaced or evaluated by qualified professionals; or, in the case of a New Home Walk-Through or One-Year Warranty Inspection, presented to the builder/developer as a repair list. The
summary report includes large photos annotated with arrows and descriptions, drawing attention to specific
issues that need consideration.
We provide both the full and summary reports to you on site at the time of the inspection! We also
make the reports available to you and your agent via an email link to a secure server on the Internet.
We give you
the Inspection Report at the End of the Inspection, not that evening or days later!
AccuPro provides a valuable service to our clients based on honesty and integrity, and we want
to maintain a long-term relationship. That is why we provide you with the highest level of service possible and are
always available to answer questions regarding your home inspection. We encourage you to review our site in detail
and hope that you will give AccuPro Inspection Services the opportunity to provide you with a complete and detailed
inspection of your home.
